RENTAL CONDITIONS
RESERVATION
Any reservation implies unreserved adherence to our general rental conditions. Any reservation must be subject to a total web payment or deposit, a written, letter or fax, from the customer at least 48 hours in advance excluding weekends and public holidays, and are only acceptable within the limits of available stocks
In the context of booking cancellation, any deposit already paid remains acquired beyond 24H00 to AVIOME as a lump sum compensation
Customers on account are exempt from a deposit, but rentals canceled beyond 24 hours will be charged.
The tenant must imperatively notify AVIOME if the equipment is intended to leave the national territory and take the necessary customs clearance measures.
Property
The equipment is the property of AVIOME, as such it is unseizable by third parties and the tenant has no right to transfer or rent it. He must not make any superficial or substantial changes to the material.
DURATION OF THE RENTAL
The delivery note must be issued at each exit of equipment indicates the date of withdrawal as well as the presumed date of return. Only the physical return of the equipment to our premises determines the rental period counted in days of 24 hours, including Sundays and public holidays without taking into account the use or not of the equipment.
REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT
The customer receives the rented equipment at our premises by appointment or during opening hours.
The withdrawal of the equipment is made in exchange for a security deposit, deposit not collected, payable to AVIOME, an amount equal to at least 10 times the rate for a day, accompanied by the entire rental payment or a purchase order for companies with an account opened in our registers.
A rent receipt or an EDF invoice addressed to the address of the checks plus an identity document will be requested from individuals depending on the rental amount.
The customer who wishes it, can attend the test of the equipment carried out before each departure. After a conclusive test, the equipment is considered to be in perfect working order even if the customer did not attend the test.
RETURN OF THE EQUIPMENT
The customer is required to return the rented equipment on the date on the rental contract.
Any rental extension must be reported 24 hours before the return initially scheduled. It can only take place after AVIOME's agreement must in all cases be confirmed by a new purchase order.
In the event of an extension, the billing principles applied to the order will not necessarily be maintained.
Any unjustified return after the scheduled date will result in the responsibility of the customer for the damage suffered by AVIOME and its customers.
All missing or damaged equipment will be charged on the basis of the AVIOME tariff in force, new value. A period of 48 hours is allowed for the return of small equipment and missing accessories on return; after this period the invoicing will become final. Lamps returned out of service will be charged at their new value unless reported before use.
Rate
The prices invoiced are those of the rate in force on the day of delivery, AVIOME reserving the right to change these rates at any time without notice. The VAT rate applied is the one in force at the time of invoicing.
TERMS OF REGULATION
A cashable deposit of 50% will be paid to the order*
*Only for cash / credit card payment in store and balance on delivery.
For all reservations on the WEB CB and Transfer the payment amount is 100%.
AVIOME, subject to the agreement of its financial department, may open accounts for professional customers.
Customers on account are exempt from this deposit as well as from the deposit.
In accordance with Article 3 of Law No. 92-1442 of December 31, 1992, penalties for late payment will be calculated on the basis of 1.3% per month, and the discount granted only to professionals for cash settlement will be subject to prior agreement.
Failure by the tenant to comply with any obligation will result in:
*The immediate due date of all sums remaining due, without taking as a deposit the method and term of payment initially provided.
*Payment, as a penalty clause in addition to compensation for collection costs of 15% on the amount of sums payable subject to any other due.
*Authorization for AVIOME to susp new deliveries
RESPONSIBILITIES
The tenant as depositary assumes full responsibility for the equipment from its resumption of charge on our premises and until its return. He is solely responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or as a result of the equipment.
The tenant must be concerned about having the necessary authorizations for the use of sound system, HF transmitters, Walkie-talkie, taxes, royalties, Sacem, etc...
In the event of a claim, the equipment will be charged at the price of the new equipment according to the current rates, and the repair costs at the cost of the day.
The tenant must use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
AVIOME will not be liable for the non-functioning or malfunctioning of the rented devices related to the addition of incompatible equipment or poor installation.
INSURANCE
The tenant must insure the equipment for its new value, the indicative rate corresponding in principle to the deposit.
In particular, the insurance must cover the risks of theft, loss or deterioration regardless of the cause or nature.
The tenant does his business of any risk of putting his civil liability into play, for any damage caused by the equipment or for any use while he is in his custody.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute, the Grenoble Commercial Court will have sole jurisdiction
